Sign Up: Easy signup just like other sites, there is a id verification email but i didnt recieve it till after my order was shipped

Ordering & Pricing: I ordered a 14 grams of budget shatter for $239 with the %20 off new customer coupon $22 g regularly

Communication: Good & fast communication over email and the instant CS bubble, very friendly and knowledgeable. Questions are answered almost instantly

Packaging: Heat sealed mylar bags the the bud is in air tight containers and the shatter was in another mylar bag

Products: Budget pink kush shatter,Alien OG,Comatose OG,Walter white,Blue cheese.

Incentive for Customers: 20% Off for first order, also up too 10.5 grams of free bud with ur purchase from AA too AAAA

Alien OG: This is their AAAA strain and imho is close to a AAA but that being said i enjoyed it its a very heavy hitting indica that is very potent i was couch locked for a quite a while it has a smell of sweet like blueberrys the ashes were white wich is one of the things i looked for the price is kinda heavy but overall a very good strain

Blue cheese: this is yet another AAAA i could easily tell this strain by smell if i was blind folded has a nice cheesy and sweet smell with a nice smooth taste to match. I very much enjoyed this strain as im a fan of the cheeses also another heavy indica witch i am a fan of more white ashes witch i like seeing . come catch this strain while its on sale!

Comatose og:this is yet another Quad and a heavy hitter perfect name to match the buzz this heavy indica gives could easily have easily put me straight to bed if i smoked enough left me really relaxed with a nice euphoric high i really enjoyed this strain for unwinding before bed it has a smell of sweet pine with a piney exhale it was very smooth and a strain i overall enjoyed.

Walter white:this is the last of their quads that i had the oportunity to try this was overall my favourite out of the bunch it has a creamy citrus aroma with a exhale to match its a sariva dominant witch i could tell from the uplifting buzz that im not normally use to seeing as im a indica man but that being said it wasnt too over whelming for me but i could notice the extra energy i had after smoking . the white ashes were also present in this strain .

Pink kush shatter: i very much enjoy this for the price at $22 a gram its more thick and gooie than usual but i expect that at the price it has a nice gas kushie smell and taste with little residue left over the appearance is the only downside in this product imho

Okay, so Ive tried 5 or 6 kinds of bud and 8 kinds of shatter and budder from here... I will be honest... all were as good, or better than expected... good products... BUT... upon receiving a discount code by email I was excited to see it was "STACKABLE WITH ALL PROMOS!" so I did what any savvy internet user would and googled their other promos... I ended up with 3 coupon codes all stacked and was excited as a kid on christmas to receive my order... so I checked out successfully, received my total, and sent payment... I waited for my tracking number... But the next email I got was actually an email asking for more money... they wanted me to pay the difference from the discount or cancel the order... so after a bit of bitching I said to just cancel it... and now... yea they have good products.. but I'm not sure I can recommend them to anyone based on them not honoring their own payment system and prices.... I was planning on signing up as an affiliate because Ive already sent 4 or 5 people there before this happened.. but now I'm writing a semi negative review instead and will be telling the same people I sent there not to trust their pricing... funny how fast things can go from an awesome deal to a shitty experience.. yes... everything was well sealed, and products were decent quality... but I really don't like the idea of me checking out and sending the agreed payment ammount only to be shaken down for more money a few hours later.....

We do understand there was some confusion with our coupon code recently. I would like to respond here with complete transparency on what exactly happened and why.

Our coupon codes on "cart discounts" are not stackable because we simply could not offer that type of discount based on all of our current promotions and the price point of our products. We have always stated that our coupon codes are not stackable (underneath each of our coupon codes it states plainly that "coupon codes are not stackable") and our support staff are all alerted to giving customers this information.

The statement that says this coupon code is stackable with all of our current promotions is referring to all of our freebie promotional products, meaning you can use your discount coupon code and still receive up to 14g of free cannabis with your order. We tried to make this as clear as possible but we can appreciate that there may have been some confusion.

The reason that the system allows for coupon codes to be stacked at checkout is because a coupon code can not be blocked from one coupon code and still be valid for our freebie promotional items (please believe us when we say that we would love to find a working plug-in with no bugs to accomplish this and are still looking). It is basically an ALL or NONE system.

We hope that this explains in more detail what exactly happened and why. If you've taken the time to read this far we would like to offer those customers who have not yet used the 15% discount the opportunity. If you email us with your order number we will manually add this discount to your order. This offer will be valid until 03-09-19.

The discount offered to customers was 15% on top of those freebies, the other codes we have that are on-going codes are 10% respectively. We can not allow customers to stack coupon codes for a 25%-35% discount on our products and give 14g of free cannabis or we would not be in business for very long. This doesn't seem like an unreasonable especially when it is clearly stated underneath each coupon code that they are NOT stackable. To be honest it seems absurd to have to justify this and we think we've explained our position very clearly.

You'll write all of that but won't take 1 second to even understand what I'm saying. Don't you think hounding your customers for more money or to cancel their order also creates more work for your staff? Your system is clearly broken but it's your attitude that will guarantee I'll never give you a damn cent.

The problem is that you CAN stack coupons in your cart but their policy says you're not allowed to do it. The problem is their website, nothing to do with getting freebies or not. The freebies are only mentioned because that's what is breaking their site. The freebies are why they can't turn off stackable coupons. They don't have it set up very efficiently.

The issue created by the limited abilities of the coupon system is something we're working on. As we wanted to allow for the 14g freebies on top of our discount codes we made the decision to go forward with it but it seemed to have caused some confusion and has been noted. We apologize for this and will make the necessary adjustments moving forward.
